This +document specifies the high-level arrangement and use of page +structure to multiplex multiple streams of mixed media type within a +physical Ogg stream.</p> + +<h2>Design Elements</h2> + +<p>The design and arrangement of the Ogg container format is governed by +several high-level design decisions that form the reasoning behind +specific low-level design decisions.</p> + +<h3>Linear media</h3> + +<p>The Ogg bitstream is intended to encapsulate chronological, +time-linear mixed media into a single delivery stream or file.
